Funko Fusion, the upcoming Funko Pop-based, pop culture-fueled co-op action game from developer 10:10 Games, made quite a splash when it was first announced just over one year ago. And why wouldn’t it? After the stratospheric success of the LEGO game franchise and its countless crossovers with huge franchises, the Funko Pop toy folks following the same path could prove to be an incredibly smart move.

And make no mistake: Funko Fusion is definitely bringing the pop-culture franchise thunder. IGN recently revealed its September 13 release date along with the news that over 20 famous franchises would be joining the Funko party, including Jurassic World, Back to the Future, Masters of the Universe, JAWS, Shaun of the Dead, Chucky, The Thing, Battlestar Galactica, Umbrella Academy, The Walking Dead, Invincible, and many more.

With less than four months to go until it’s in players’ hands, IGN’s metrics suggest that gamers are paying close attention to this one. To wit:

  • Funko Fusion has over 3.2 million views on our TikTok account.
  • It’s amassed over 600k views on our YouTube channel (over just two videos so far)
  • On Instagram, it’s talled over 1.5 million views
  • And on Facebook (yes, Facebook!) it’s hit nearly 1 million views.
