Following on from today’s news that Pentiment and Grounded are coming to Nintendo Switch, Microsoft has announced that fellow Xbox game Hi-Fi Rush is coming to PlayStation 5.

Confirmation comes from a video seemingly pushed early to Bethesda’s LATAM YouTube channel. The video is now offline. Fortunately, Xbox executive Matt Booty would announce in a new Xbox Wire post that Hi-Fi Rush is coming to PS5 and will arrive on March 19.

Tango Gameworks’ music-based action game launched first on Xbox and PC but arrives on PS5 next month as part of Microsoft’s new multiplatform push, signaled by Xbox boss Phil Spencer last week during Microsoft’s Xbox business update. There is no word on Hi-Fi Rush also coming to Nintendo Switch.

IGN’s Hi-Fi Rush review returned a 9/10. “Hi-Fi Rush marches to the beat of its own drum with stunning animation, loveable characters, and stylish rhythmic action that are anything but one-note,” we said.

Microsoft had said four Xbox games would release on other platforms, although failed to name them. We now know three of them: Pentiment, Grounded, and Hi-Fi Rush. The other game is reportedly Rare’s pirate adventure Sea of Thieves.
