The Roku Streaming Stick 4K is a household gem that has greatly changed my entertainment habits.

Amazon Prime Day is officially here and will have massive sales from July 16 and 17. This is exciting because the Roku Streaming Stick 4K currently has a deal for 42% off. Yes, you read that right. If you ever wished for a place that housed all your streaming services and kept track of where you left off in any movie or show, here’s a device perfect for the job. 

I’ve been a cord-cutter for so long that I don’t miss cable, especially not the commercials. Plus, I enjoy the ability to speak into my remote and get exactly what I’m looking for on any platform, from YouTube to Disney Plus and more. Summer is a great time to binge-watch The Bear season 3, The Boys, Bluey and lots more. As long as you have a Wi-Fi connection, an HDMI port, streaming services and the Roku Stick, you can access an endless amount of entertainment.

The best thing for me about this streaming stick is that I still have access to live TV. Thanks to streaming services like Peacock and Hulu Plus Live TV I can watch F1 or the Olympics in real time. 

You might be thinking, Don’t all those streaming service subscriptions add up? With bundling options and internet providers offering deals with certain contracts, it can actually cost less than cable.

I love the Roku Streaming Stick because it’s small and portable, and I’ve never had any problems with it not working. Occasionally, my Roku will reboot for updates, or I’ll need to change the remote batteries, but that’s a small thing compared with a cable box or satellite service outage.
