Dragon Ball is the latest anime franchise arriving in Fortnite and it’s less than a week away, with Epic Games confirming an August 16 release date.

In a relatively vague tweet for those unfamiliar with Dragon Ball, the Fortnite Twitter account posted (below) an image of a golden dragon with the tagline: “Speak. Name your wish.”

The dragon is in fact Shenron, a magical being from the Dragon Ball series that grants the wish of anyone that collects all seven of the Dragon Balls. While Epic Games didn’t say it explicitly, it’s fairly safe to assume that Dragon Ball characters will be arriving in Fortnite soon.

It’s unclear which skins and items will be arriving in the game, as in Fortnite’s long list of mash-ups with other media franchises there’s seemingly little rhyme or reason behind the size of the DLC. The Naruto Shippuden crossover, for example, featured Naruto himself plus three other characters, but other recent additions such as Marvel’s Moon Knight solely featured the titular character.

Fortnite continues to add characters from every major franchise (and everything in general ever) to its hit Battle Royale game, most recently with the inclusion of John Cena.

Nathan Drake from the Uncharted movie and games was also recently added, alongside Dwayne Johnson, Bruno Mars, and outfits from Cobra Kai. It even added virtual attendees of Coachella alongside music from the festival itself.
