Disney Pixar’s ‘The Incredibles’ Skins and Vehicle Arrive on Fortnite [CNET]

Three new characters from Pixar’s The Incredibles have joined Fortnite.

Fans of Disney Pixar’s The Incredibles (and who among us is not?) now have the opportunity to play as Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl and Frozone on Fortnite. In a teaser video posted on X last week, Epic Games showed off a shop update that went live Friday evening. “Where are those super suits?” the post says, echoing Samuel L. Jackson in the movie. “They’re dropping in the Shop… TONIGHT!”

In the video, we can hear Mr. Incredible grunting as he puts on his super suit. The three superheroes from the Pixar films appear, and as is appropriate, none of them are wearing capes. Mr. Incredible, of course, has super strength; Elastigirl can stretch her body like Silly Putty; and Frozone has ice powers.

Fortnite fans who have a good track record on predicting updates to the game had predicted that The Incredibles would be available as a bundle and would include the sleek “Incredibile” car from the films. 

Skins and bundles can be purchased in the Fortnite store and prices vary, but you’ll be paying about $10 to $20 for this one in V-Bucks, the currency of the game.

Sadly, there don’t appear to be Edna “E” Mode or Jack-Jack skins in the bundle, but they could always happen in a future update.
