Devolver Digital’s Next Showcase Focuses on Games Delayed to 2024 [IGN]

Game publisher Devolver Digital has announced its next digital event showcase, which focuses on delayed games.

In a new post on X, Devolver Digital announced its “Devolver Delayed” showcase airs on August 7 at 8am PT / 11am ET, noting the event will be the “first ever showcase celebrating games that are courageously moving into 2024”.

While game delays are common, it’s uncommon for a game developer, let alone a publisher, to put on a showcase dedicated entirely to nothing but games that were delayed for one reason or another. Devolver Digital has form when it comes to quirky showcases, of course. Its E3 / Summer of Gaming presentations are as weird as they are compelling. Here’s a round-up of everything announced at Devolver Direct 2023.
