Anime streaming service Crunchyroll said Thursday that it’s growing its Crunchyroll Game Vault library by adding more than a dozen new titles to the service soon. Prior to the announcement, Crunchyroll Game Vault offered Mega and Ultimate subscribers 11 titles, like Sushi for Robots and Ponpu, but Crunchyroll now plans to add 15 titles to the service.

Subscribers to Crunchyroll’s Mega and Ultimate plans — $10 and $15, respectively — can access titles without ads or in-app purchases at no additional cost.

Here are the latest titles coming to Crunchyroll Game Vault, and what you should know about the service.

Battle Chasers: Nightwar

This turn-based role-playing game is based on the Battle Chasers fantasy comic and inspired by classic Japanese RPGs, like Chrono Trigger. So get ready to experience a rich fantasy world with a deep lore and intense dungeon battles.

Dawn of the Monsters

This beat ’em up style game was inspired by Japan’s kaiju films, like Godzilla and Gamera, and it shares similarities to the film Pacific Rim. In this title, you control one of four giant creatures, called guardians, as you try to take back Earth from a monster invasion.

Evan’s Remains

In this mystery-thriller puzzle game, you control a girl named Dysis who is tasked with helping to find a missing boy, named Evan, years after he initially disappeared. What drags you into the mystery is the arrival of a letter, seemingly from Evan, in which he writes Dysis, telling her to find him. Creepy.

Coming soon

Nine Years of Shadows

Fight evil, restore color to the world and hug your teddy bear in this Metroidvania-style title. You play as the young warrior Europa, and your mission is to stop the corruption from within a mechanical giant from spreading. You’ll engage in intense battles, meet playful musicians and uncover the mystery about the curse that robbed the land of color.

Crypt of the NecroDancer

Get ready to boogie with this award-winning roguelike rhythm game and all its additional downloadable content. In this title, you battle monsters and explore dungeons as in other roguelikes, but you can move or attack only to the beat of the music. And killing successive enemies without missing a note gives you a score multiplier. So for a sweet bonus, stay on beat while you beat up some fools.

Corpse Party

MAGES

Explore the haunted halls of the Heavenly Host Elementary School in this cult classic that inspired the creation of several manga series, an anime series and two live-action films. The gruesome descriptions will likely be enough to make you play this title with all the lights on.

LunarLux

This anime-inspired RPG takes you to the moon in the year 30XX. You’ll join the lunar warrior Bella and her robot companion Tetra as they look for a way to save humanity from being obliterated by an incoming comet. You’ll fight mysterious monsters called Murks, uncover a lost civilization and make friends with the local rocks — maybe that’s where all those Pet Rocks from the ’70s went.

Magical Drop 6

The next installment in this classic Japanese arcade series is coming to Game Vault soon. Solve diabolical puzzles, play through an exciting adventure and take on your friends and family in multiplayer mode to see who can get the highest score.

Mages

If you’re tired of sudoku puzzles, you should give this game a try. This gamified teaching material has over 3,000 puzzles to work through, and they’re suitable for anyone, from elementary school-aged children up to adults.

The Quintessential Quintuplets: Memories of a Quintessential Summer

What was supposed to be a fun three-day, two-night trip on a private island quickly turns into a two-week fight for survival, after a storm blows through the area. Despite that premise, this visual-novel style game is a lighthearted romantic comedy. It’s like the gaming equivalent of a summer beach read.

PictoQuest

Logic puzzles meet RPG elements in this title. You’ll help the two heroes of this game recover some stolen paintings, by solving puzzles to reveal items and rewards. To solve the puzzles, you’re given a grid with numbers on its axis, and you have to use these numbers to fill in the appropriate number of grid spaces. It sounds difficult, but once you start playing, it becomes much easier.

Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness

This title, based on the anime series of the same name, takes place in a dystopian future where a personality scan can send people to jail for their potential to commit crimes. You play as a two-detective team who are out to solve the crimes, make sure justice is served and keep each other in check.

RWBY: Arrowfell

This Metroidvania game lets you explore the RWBY world as members of Team RWBY investigate an increase in the number of Grimm — creatures of destruction. This game was written by the writers of RWBY, includes animated cutscenes from the creators of the show, and takes place during the seventh volume of the series. It’s also canon to the series, so RWBY fans should feel right at home playing this title.

Spidersaurs

To end world hunger, someone created spider-dinosaur hybrids to provide more food to people. What could possibly go wrong? In this side-scrolling run-and-gun title, it’s up to you to send these abominations back to the Jurassic period, using an arsenal of weapons.

Steins;Gate

This award-winning sci-fi visual novel follows a group of students who discover and develop a technology that lets them change the past. Because this title is a visual novel, most of the gameplay is text based, but in 2011 it was voted one of the most tear-inducing games of all time by Japanese video game outlet Famitsu. So if you pick up this title, bring your tissues, too.
