Apple AirPods and AirPods Pro: The best prices right now – CNET [CNET]

Let’s table for a moment whether AirPods are a smart buy. The real question is: What’s the best price you can find for a pair of AirPods and the somewhat more grown-up version with noise cancellation, the AirPods Pro? Right now you can save $30 on AirPods and $20 on the AirPods Pro. We’ve seen the Pro sell for less, but at the moment Amazon is matching its best price ever on Airpods. 

Amazon is currently selling the AirPods with the wired charging case — the second generation, of course — for $130. The last time it got this low was for the 2019 holidays. The price is nice (Airpods list for $160), but remember that you don’t get any active noise cancellation, and they’re not waterproof (or even sweatproof). Meanwhile, if noise canceling and moisture protection are important to you, you can snag the AirPods Pro for $220, down from the list price of $249.
